About

"The Moonlighters Orchestra" formerly known as Charlie Chiklis and the Moonlighters closed a chapter in it's 20 year history this August as our leader and founder Charlie Chiklis, lost his courageous battle with cancer. As an original member, music director and friend of Charlie's, I promised him that I would carry on the success that the band had achieved throughout the years. We have updated our repetoire to include vocal and instrumental works from Phill Collins Big Band, Stevie Wonder, Harry Conick, Jr., Aretha Franklin, Norah Jones, Michael Buble', ELVIS and many more artists. We continue to perform and thrill crowds of all ages with the variety of our program and excitement of delivery!
We are an annual favorite at wedding receptions, charity galas and balls, college and university dances and formals, swing clubs throughout the area and always a hit at summer concert series.
The band is carrying on the tradition of the big band genre. It can perform any type of music from any era of any band. Regardless of size, we always provide quality musicians giving the best of Live Music For All Occasions. Call us for your next event.
