Superior Event Staffing

I just want to let everyone know not to use their services. They are crooks and do not abide by their contract. I meet with Gilbert who promised me that he would be the one to attend the event. I explained that was the biggest concern I had that he be the one to attend and be the bartender at our event. He swore he would never send someone else to our event. The night of our party I find a stranger at my door saying Gilbert sent him to be the bartender. I called Gilbert both his numbers but he never answered, I left him message to call me never a call back. I used the guy he sent and he was horrible. He insulted all of my guests including the birthday girl. He put them down on what they were drinking and he didn't even know how to make a "Perfect Manhattan". The guy he sent as a bartender had very little knowledge. He even tried to tell us we did not buy the proper stuff but we bought everything we knew our guests like. We provided him a signature drink for our guests and he kept telling them not to drink it because he didn't think it was good enough, he wanted people to drink only what he knew how to make.

Lousy service, bad attitude, bad businessman. When I called Gilbert on Monday he proceeded to tell me to bad that I did get a bartender and I should be happy with that. Said that he had another party he booked and decided that he wanted to go to that one instead and send me someone else. Never even a phone call to let me know. He also started to insult my family over the phone. When I hired him he was so polite and professional but when the time came for the event he was nowhere to be found and when told how bad it was he was insulting over the phone.

NEVER NEVER USE THEM - they do not keep to their contract all he wants is your money and doesn't care about what kind of service he provides. BEWARE HE IS NOT A TRUE BUSINESS MAN.
