Why hire Natchaug Trail?
This Connecticut-based group was named after the Natchaug Trail which runs along side of the Natchaug River flowing down through the Natchaug Valley in Windham County.
The versatile group had its beginnings in the remnants of the Still Kickin' band. Once the new group was assembled, it was decided that it needed a new name. Natchaug Trail was chosen.
Created in 2012, Natchaug Trail members represent many years of musical performance and among the group there are three radio and TV personalities; Neil Russ, WHUS-FM; Jim Sharply, WTNH-TV and Myrna Riquier, WHUS-FM and CTV-14.
About
The group offers up a wide array of acoustic music to satisfy listeners of all ages. Among its repertoire you will hear bluegrass, folk, Americana, and old timey, plus traditional and contemporary country music

Neil Russ: Lead singer, rhythm guitar
Mark Chuoke: Mandolin player
Jim Sharpley: Dobro, banjo, guitar, harmonica, vocals

What to Expect
Typical Gig Duration: 45 - 120 minutes
We are a bluegrass oriented band, but do not play that in-your-face bluegrass. We are rather mello.
Stage/Setup Requirements:
4 vocal mics; three instrument mics; bass amp or line to PA from electric bass.
Additional Notes:
We can provide our own sound equipment when necessary. Prefer a sound man on site.
