Spit-N-Pig started in 1998 when we did our very first pig roast. It was a 250 lb. "MONSTER" of a PIG and took 4 strong guys to get it on the "SPIT" .....long story short after lots of laughing and some medicinal beverages for strainded muscles , SPIT n PIG was born. Today we only cook up to 100 lb. 'ers and no longer use rotisseries but large portable, PROFESSIONALLY constructed, (not old oil tanks)grills that smoke the pig LOW AND SLOW the way good BBQ is done, with charcoal and select hardwoods.We are so sure that you will love our food and service we ask for the final payment AFTER you and your guests have eaten our delicious meal.
