Robert Austin-Master Magician

Robert Austin was marvelous from start to finish. He was willing to accomodate my request to teach the children magic tricks. He was unphased by the fact that the party size as originally contracted (by me) had doubled! On the day of the party he showed up early and set up with his assistant. He captivated the crowd (ages 5-11 plus parents and grandparents) with his magic- Everyone loved the show, the tricks were varied, his whole show had been tailored for our group. The kids were wowed, and he made everyone there smile! He even stayed late to teach some extra tricks to my son. It was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend him to anyone!

I hired Austin Magic for my husband's surprise 60th birthday party. The Brookville Country Club was transformed into a casino, with a dance club, and a fabulous buffet feast. Yet my guests have been calling for the past two days to rave about how they were mystified by your talent. Over and over, I heard “How did he do that?” I especially liked the way you mingled with my guests, and brought the magic to them in such a personal way.

Normally the host doesn’t get to enjoy the party, finding it difficult to switch from preparation to relaxation. At a surprise party, it’s even worse because you arrive a half hour after your guests and the entertainment that you hired. So it was very important that I felt confident that you would be prompt, responsible, tasteful and entertaining. If our many calls before the event were trying, you gave no hint of anything but being a very likeable and understanding person. It instilled the confidence in your professionalism that made hiring you an easy choice.

Mr. Austin performed two shows for us at our corporate convention. The first day he was the MC and comedy stand-up comedian for our evening dinner and awards show. He was extremely funny and believe it or not, he has a great singing voice too. The next day for our gala, he performed a large illusion show with beautiful assistants in different costumes and some mind blowing illusions. People were talking about it all evening long. I highly reccommend him and would definitely hire him again. Everyone from his staff were really nice too.
