About Rick Grayson

Rick Grayson, 25-year member of the PGA, is currently the Teaching Professional at the Connie Morris Golf Learning Center, Rivercut Golf Course in Springfield, Missouri. He has held this position for 15 years. Rick was the first person in the state of Missouri to conduct two-day golf schools. The Rick Grayson Golf School is currently in its 15th year of existence. On top of his many articles he writes for GOLF magazine, he enjoys doing speaking engagements, meet and greets and photo ops.

Biography:

Rick has been voted twice by GOLF Magazine as One of the Top 100 Golf Instructors in America. He was voted by his peers as the Midwest Section PGA Teacher of the Year in 1991, 1998, and 2000. Rick has won the Bill Strausbaugh award three times for his Midwest Section work. Rick is in GOLF Magazine's video "How to Cure Your Slice". This video is made up of the magazine's Top 100 Golf Instructors in America.

Rick has had seven articles in GOLF Magazine in the last three years. He currently writes instructional articles for the Golf in the Ozarks magazine, and writes for the Springfield News-Leader newspaper. Rick also appeared on The Golf Channel, June 29 and 30, 1999, on "Golf Academy Live".

Rick is the co-author of SuperGolf, a book about the game's greatest players. The book was published by Harper Collins and is located in bookstores nationwide. Golf Made Easy was Rick's first video, which he produced in 1993. This video stresses the basic fundamentals in an easy-to-understand style that helps golfers of all ages.
