About

Rayne is a Southern Baptist Preachers daughter who has been married for 15 years. She has 2 daughters and really enjoys being a wife and mother. She loves to lead women's Bible Study groups and retreats. She has done serious speaking engagements intermingling her comedy throughout. She sings and writes her own funny songs off the cuff for spontaneous situations. Her favorite pastime is riding roller coasters and eating chocolate.

Influences

I like a lot of different comedy. My favorite performers are Lucille Ball, Bernadette Peters, Milton Berle and Cosby. But I have been compared to Chonda Pierce and a female version of Tim Hawkins. I got to meet and work with Mark Lowry... he has influenced me a lot. I like how he brings the message of Jesus in with his comedy.

What to Expect

Funny stories and spontaneous interaction with the audience. A "feel good" experience like watching the Andy Griffith show.

Additional Notes:
I don't need a lot of special stuff for my performance. I have done comedy in a lot of different places. I prefer to be able to use a mic and sound system so I can be heard.
