I composes, digitally records and mix my own material. As a self-taught engineer, I've recorded four album-length CDs and numerous demos and singles. I'm written and now preparing to release two new projects early in 2014, titled “The Best Is Yet To Come” Volume I and II. I am redefining the Gospel Rap game while spreading a powerful message with my thoughtfully crafted beats and infectious rhymes. With a mix of old school influenced hip hop with a knack for catchy, head bobbing choruses, each of my songs deliver the flavor fans are craving topped with a message soaked in positivity and faith. My fans often heralded my style and delivery as the “Tupac of Gospel”.

Quardrelius Ramone Chance, born December 2, 1983 in Melbourne, Florida, is a Christian-inspired Gospel rapper, known by his stage name Qua Drel. During his early childhood, Qua Drel moved about many times while growing up as the child of a solider-parent.
In the summer of 1997, Qua Drel discovered the gift that God had given him and destined not only to expose the talent and gifts of God’s kingdom, but also feels compelled to be a light for today’s generational youth.
In 1998, at the age of 14, Qua Drel (collaborating with his childhood friends formed a group called “D-M-Pact”) delivered his first song during a Youth Jam held at Victory Christian Ministry International Church in Woodbridge, Virginia (formerly known as Christian Hope Center Church).
The event not only revealed to the congregation that God had truly anointed Gospel Hip Hop, but it was also a confirmation to Qua Drel himself, that God had a powerful mission for his life.
After age 14, struggling as an adolescent, Qua Drel encountered a number of issues as he finish high school and began to make crucially improper choices regarding his life.
Such lifestyle and experiences lead to a sense of isolation because of the fear of the unknown. His consequences lead to incarceration in the VA State Penitentiary and the loss of hope for his future. Transitioning from thug-life to living a life more abundant, Qua Drel has been actively pursuing his music career. Though he remains unrestricted as an artist, his passion lies in creating powerful and effective Gospel Hip-Hop.
As he remains true to his passion. Qua Drel released a local mixtape titled “Kingdom Money” in February 2012 in Columbus, Ohio, which opened the door for more local performances which have become a way of life for him today. With rapidly growing appeal, Qua Drel, regularly performs in community churches and events.
Since January 2013, Qua Drel’s music has gained ongoing internet fame. His Broadjam playlist has consistently been ranked among the top 10. In addition, Qua Drel has enjoyed recognition and reviews through online fans of DaHipHopPlace, Broadjam, Radioairplay, and Facebook.
Forever seeking to enhance his craft, Qua Drel continually studies the Bible, increasing his biblical knowledge to strengthen his personal relationship with God. Qua Drel’s hunger to build his musical repertoire is undying as he is constantly writing, creating new lyrics, and experimenting with diverse styles.
Currently, Qua Drel composes, digitally records and mixes his own material (including graphic designing of cd labels and promo flyers). As a self-taught engineer, he has recorded four album-length CDs and numerous demos and singles. He has written and now preparing to release two new projects early in 2014, titled “The Best Is Yet To Come” Volume I and II. These projects primarily aim toward the ministering the Word of God, testimonial evidence of His grace, and it’s saturated with the same passion that was manifested in his previous work.
