Exceeded my Expectations!

Where do I start, I hired a magician for my son’s 4th birthday and the magician cancelled on me last minute. Luckily, I found Professional Kids Entertainment and Bobo and Bubbles did an amazing show. To be honest, I was not expecting for them to do so many activities. I loved the face painting, the bubbles, the cotton candy, the balloon animals and the magic show especially with bunny fufu. Thank you so much for an amazing and memorable show, Radu & Family.

Horrible place. Venue is nice. Service was terrible

My daughter had her 1st birthday party here. First of let me say my girlfriend had her twins party here and it was great. Which made me book my daughters party here. However during the party I barely had anyone help me. I had to bang on the door to get any service. Whether that be turn on the music. The tv's and bring up the sodas. I was supposed to have 2 characters Elmo and Abby Cadaby. However they never showed up. My party ended at 930 pm and the popcorn and cotton candy came at that time. When I asked for a refund cause all the kids were gone George gave me hard time and didn't even seem apologetic. Hence my child's birthday party sucked. I paid a lot of money for nothing. And come to find out there is no other major manger besides George. People beware if you book with them. I will never do business with them again.

When Simone booked, she did not want to have a party host or do a standard party room package. She said she was on a budget and we wanted to work within her budget. So we rented the room and gave her access to unlimited popcorn, cotton candy and 2 characters for a very discounted rate. She knew that she was operating the party room and would not have any staff on hand. She told us she would let us know when she wanted the characters out. She never informed us. Instead, she spoke to us at the end of the evening and wanted a refund. Even thought we did not agree, we refunded her 50 percent of the party room price in cash. We just wanted to make her happy.

My son turned on in 2011 and they were amazing. Everyone had a great time. I've been to a few kids birthday parties before with the same type of entertainment and they were awful but Kids Professional Entertainment are excellent. I'm hoping they will be able to come this year again even though we moved to NJ.
