Our company has had great success in building a loyal clientele base and creating strong business relationships within the community. We provide event staffing and planning for all types of events. This includes: wait staff, licensed bartenders, grillers, and event coordinators. Our staff is very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise, hired only upon recommendation. You can rest assured we will provide the skills and professionalism necessary to create an enjoyable atmosphere and ensure client satisfaction.
What to Expect
Typical Gig Duration: 240 - 600 minutes
Our Servers
Establish your timeline for the event!
Heat and pass appetizers if requested ( 2 servers needed )
Set up buffet, refill and brake down of stations
Set up if Sit-down Dinner
Serve drinks, pour wine and soda
Serve food from the buffet
Wash the dishes
Clear tables and guests plates
Clean the counters and keep the kitchen neat
Wrap up leftovers
Set up dessert and coffee (including cake cutting & serving)
Maintain refuse from party (Food & Recycling)
Our Bartenders will set up your bar and refill ice as needed. They make mixed drinks, pour wine, beer and soda. All our Bartenders are licensed and Tips Certified.
Our Grillers will set up and prep the grill area. Grill meat and vegetables based on the number of guests or at the guests’ request. The griller will clean the grill after use.
