I've been a huge Michael Jackson fan all of my life. As my wedding date was nearing, I realized what a great idea it would be to surprise my husband to be and my guests with a Michael Jackson tribute artist. I was upset at myself because my wedding was only two weeks away and this great idea had just dawned on me and I was afraid no one would be available. After going through the different profiles of MJ tribute artishts here on gigsalad, I knew Michael Kiss was the one I wanted to entertain us at our wedding. Not only were the pictures and videos amazing of Michael Kiss, the reviews were great! I was hoping and wishing he was available. I thought I'd give it a shot and contact him anyway. He contacted me immediately via email and said he was available! I couldn't believe it...I was so happy! He was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. After realizing I was not in the L.A area, he still was able to accomadate me and appear at my wedding. He traveled from Los Angeles to the central California area, which is about three hours away. Not only did he arrive on time, he was early. When my husband and guests saw him come onto the dance floor, their jaws dropped! Since I didn't tell one soul, everyone was amazed and surprised. He did an awesome performance! Awesome is an understatement. My favorite was the Heal the World number where all the kids were called onto the stage and then later everyone else. We were waving our arms in the air singing along with him. I felt like I was really on stage with Michael Jackson! My sister said, "To me, Michael Jackson was really there on stage that day." My family and friends were on their feet the entire time. There was a concert going on at our reception...AMAZING! Michael Kiss absolutely embodies the essence of MJ. Not only is his appearance almost identical to MJ's, his voice, mannerisms, looks, smile, wardrobe, walk, not to mention the legendary Michael Jackson moves and dance...everything...is as well. After his performance, he stayed and took pictures with all of our guests at a photo booth set up we had, until the last person had their pic. He even talked to my husband and I privately for a while as we reminisced about our favorite MJ songs. He is polite, sweet, funny, charming...everything you think Michael Jackson would be..he is. My family and friends talked about his performance at our wedding for months afterwards and still do. It makes me happy when we reflect back on our wedding day, that our guests remember it as a wonderful time. They always talked about it with excitement and a huge smile on their face. Our wedding will forever be memorable to our family and friends because of Michael Kiss. If you are a Michael Jackson fan and want an Amazing Michael Jackson Tribute Artist, Michael Kiss is your man!
