Hilariously Entertaining!
We hired Vernon to entertain our agents at our annual holiday party. Vernon was very professional from the first point of contact. He worked within our budget and his performance exceeded our expectations! He understood and adapted to our audience and entertained everyone without offending our veteran agents.
We would highly recommend him!

A True Professional and great talent
Though the whole process of booking him and getting him to our event, Longhorn was a true professional. You won't find a easier guy to work with. Every time I called him and told him of this change or that change, he would say "It's no problem". He made my job a lot easier.
Now he showed up at our event about 6 hours ahead of time to checkout the venue and see what we had for him. He was funny from the moment he showed up. Now it's 8pm and he takes the stage as our headliner in front of 500 Military Men & Women. It was great. He worked the crowd and did plenty to keep them entertained.
He was so good and easy to work with, we are going to use him for many years to come. He will be back headlining our 2012 Fishing For Freedom Quincy, IL event June 2nd, 2012 in Quincy, IL

Exceeded our Expectations!!!
We hired Vernon to entertain us at our annual Christmas party. He traveled from Illinois on Saturday to our little town in Nebraska and gave us a spectacular show and then on to Missouri later that evening. (lots of traveling for 1 day) Vernon gets a quick grip on the audience and adapts extremely well. He worked within our small company budget and exceeded our expectations by miles!!! We highly recommend hiring him!!

I booked Longhorn The Comedian as the headliner for our new comedy series in Quincy, IL -- LMAO Comedy Series, Presented by Y101, KICK-FM and Coors Light. If you are looking for a guy with character, professionalism and top-notch humor then book this man! I was new to booking talent for a comedy show and he made the process painless from start to finish. Very easy to work with and the crowd refused to let him leave! He has the uncanny ability to mix constant humor with a tremendous "feel good" message. The entire crowd stood in unison at the conclusion of his show. Book this man! You won't be sorry you did!

I came upon him on this very site and basically hired him based on his reviews and a couple videos I saw. He not only was very affordable for our budget..he even brought with him 3 other comics. He knew that hosting a comedy show was something new to our place; therefore took the reigns and helped us out big time. Basically the comedy club came to our small town. If booking a comedian is something you are seriously looking into; I highly recommend shooting him an email.

Wow, I don't think I could do better
Wow says it all, I have assisted a few organizations with fundraisers using Longhorn as the Host Commedian and charging him with setting up the nights entertainment. He comes through everytime and even better he makes sure he hits the mark when it comes to the expectations of the crowd. I have to say if you need to pull off a comedy event and keep the comedy in certain guidelines (yes you can have a comedy event rated PG13!) Longhorn can pull it off and have you laughing on the floor. My hats off to not only a Stand up Comic but a Stand up Guy. Look forward to seeing another show!

Yes... He IS that good.
I have seen Long horn in Saint Louis. I have seen him in Marion, Il. I have been lucky to have shared a stage on both occasions. Watching Long Horn work is a study in the American experience made funny. All from the faceted perspectives of an intellectual, a father, an everyman, a husband, a soldier and a cowboy. All rolled up in one and delivered in a great show. His delivery is flawless and his stage presence is larger than life. You can't go wrong seeing his show.

This guy is hilarious! You gotta get him to tell the "Charcola" joke. He's all around funny. Not loud at all so u cn hear the punchlines each time! I go to see him every time he's in my area! Really funny guy!

A Must See
Longhorn brings a fresh and unique look at comedy. He is able to tame any sort of crowd and keep the laughs comings. One of the comedians that I don’t mind watching time and time again. That and the added fact that he is always willing to sit and talk with the crowd on a personal basis after the show. If you have not seen Longhorn do yourself a favor and do it quick.

Longhorn was super easy to work with, a complete professional, very easy to get a hold of, and most of all, funny. If you need someone to light up the room with laughs, Longhorn is your guy. Plain and simple, this guy is knock down, stand up, knock you down again, funny. I could not have been happier, and neither could the crowd. They loved him. Professionalism at it best
I worked with longhorn last year, and upon meeting him at first I was taken aback by his look. But when he hit the stage and went into his routine, the only thing that I saw after that was raw talent. His joke were solid, on point, and most importantly funny! He was able to work a medium size crowd into a frenzy of laughter within five minutes of his set, and the laughter continued long after he was finished. But he was also positive and uplifting and spoke of peace and unity to his audience, which I felt was amazing and inspiring. I was honored to have worked with him and I hope to work with him again soon.

Very funny and down to earth...
Several friends and I celebrated a birthday at the Looney Bin comedy club in Tulsa, Oklahoma..... Longhorn was so funny that my friends and I are still talking about the show. After the show he mingled with us and took plenty of pictures while still making us laugh. we can't wait for his return.

Long Horn the Comedian brought the laughs to GMD's European
Long Horn was hired by GMD-Entertainment July 2011 to Headline a 3 city 3 show tour. He was hilarious and his timing was awesome. He quickly adapted to his new location and provided remarkable on the spot adjustment comedy. His show provided flexible entertainment for soldiers, airmen and their families in the cities of Stuttgart, Mannheim, and Heildelberg.
