Kinikia has been an established belly dancer in the Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland metropolitan area since 2002. Her dance repertoire includes finger cymbals (zills), double fan, wings, cane (raks assaya), drum solos, taqsim, candle dance, beledi, fusion dance, tribal style and is a sought after fire performer in the region. Her dance travels have taken her across the country to international performances in St. Thomas and Qatar. In St. Thomas she was a guest artist for the first belly dance performance concert on the island. In Qatar she danced folkloric Middle Eastern dances at the Asian Cup opening ceremonies. Her sets are 15, 25 and 40 minutes with audience participation segments.
