About
Ken Rothacker studied classical guitar at the University of Illinois, and has gone on to have a busy and varied performing career in the upper Midwest. In addition to performing on solo guitar, Ken frequently plays in duo with either violin or reeds (clarinet/flute). In addition to the standard classics, Ken's repertoire contains hundreds of pop, jazz, Beatles, movie, and Broadway tunes. As a classical guitar student at U of I in the 1980's, Ken would have never guessed that he would have crowds singing along with his version of Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline"!
