How about reaching children earlier with the right stuff? Jammin' Junior is a children’s educational entertainment company that is debuting the first ever “interactive” character rock musical for children called “You Can’t Stop A Dream”. Tom and Jaime are from New York City and are now based in Centennial, Colorado. They have been developing their dream since 2005 and along the way educating kids ages 0-10 years old. Kids today need new role models that provide current motivational information regarding their health, well-being, media literacy, their planet, daily nutritional needs as well as many other much needed topics during their crucial stages of child development. What research has shown is that information alone will not create behavioral change. Children are being programmed from mass marketing-misinformation everyday from multiple angles as they grow up. Pop Tarts Are “FUN”-Arby’s “GOOD MOOD FOOD” Arby’s sure can’t say GOOD HEALTHY FOOD can they! Campaigns are targeting children. When was the last time you watched a commercial for Chiquita Bananas or a salad? This is why Jammin’ Junior was created. Through our novel educational musical we are able to facilitate dramatic behavioral change in children.
Eight Friends, One Dream, Lots of Lessons! Junior and best friend Jaime, 9 lovable larger than life mascots along with 8 professional dancers, amazing original pop songs and background video tell a story about an amazing New York City Zoo. During this adventure/journey there are valuable topics and lessons that children will remember when they lay down to sleep. We don’t want to over-stimulate their growing brains. Each one of the mascots has their own colorful voice and represents a healthy food group along with their own personal core value. The musical consists of topics like healthy foods, our planet, self-esteem, media literacy, friendships, love and more. Children will grow to love and learn from our band in their own way, and at their own pace.

Our Mission
We wish to raise the consciousness and help children and parents understand how good eating habits, exercise, love, self-esteem, family unit-well-being along with other topics, will lead to a healthier lifestyle and happiness for life.

The Health Epidemic
There is obviously something going on with our food in America and the western diet that relates to our children’s health.

• 1 out of 3 children are obese. Through our extensive research we discovered several things. We are at the beginning of a health epidemic and it is not over. In the US, there are currently 26 million people (8% of the US population) with diabetes. In 2010 alone, about 1.9 million new cases of diabetes were diagnosed in people aged 20 years or older.

• If current trends continue, 1 of 3 U.S. adults will have diabetes by 2050. That’s 102 million people! We can prevent this from happening by reaching as many young kids as we can and teaching them through entertainment, singing, and music. Our core values delivered through a fun and entertaining platform will stay in their minds, hearts, and souls forever.

Tom is a Pop Music Producer with credits that include writing and producing for Pop Stars such as Mandy Moore, LFO, Rich Cronin to name a few. Jaime is an actress, Spokes Model and SUPERMOM. She is devoted to making a change for children and our world. A hyper-talented couple, Tom and Jaime are relentless in their pursuit to making our world a better place for children!

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 60 - 120 minutes

Children will fall in love with our characters that represent GOOD THINGS in this life! Kids will think twice before opening a bag of processed cookies, soda or any junk food. They will know they have better options and they will learn that they do have a voice and can make better choices during their crucial stages of brain and child development. They will remember the music filled with positive lyrics that reenforce change for the better. It's pretty simple. If you want to reach young people in America, write a song, don't just buy an add!
