Workshop I believe that this was the most fun I had working out ever. I was impressed with the music the moves and just the overall energy of it all. I haven't sweated that much and felt so good about it in years!

Private Party I attended Crunk Fitness classes taught by Jamme 2-3 times a week for over a year. She is one of the most talented, inspiring exercising instructors I have ever had the honor of taking classes from. Her classes were very energetic and challenging while being extremely enjoyable at the same time. You burn tons of calories while having tons of FUN!
