The Ernie Givens video, The Waterbed Song, included supermodel Donna Stokes, broke out on the national scene making video charts along with other major label acts. Produced by Rod Thompson with Jim Owens Productions, the debut of the video placed at #15 with Wolfram Video Outlets reporting that the video crossed over the pop charts as well. Ernie Givens weighed-in with the heavy weights in the video business with airplay beside such acts as ZZ Top, Chicago, David Lee Roth, & The Kentucky Headhunters.
The Waterbed song had 60 more adds than the George Strait video on MCA records and placed higher on the charts than the Mark O’Connor video on Warner Brothers and beat out the Joe Diffie video (Epic Records). There has been heavy request responses from teens and young adults across the Midwest and coastal regions.
The video has been nominated by over 600 radio and television outlets as the “Comedy Video of the Year,” in the MIRL Awards show held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville. Supermodel, Donna Stokes, international cover girl and film star, who co-stars with Givens in the video has helped speed the video’s acceptance in the pop charts.
The video reached national syndication being carried by the Virginia television giant “Young Country” into over 12 million households.

Stage/Setup Requirements:
stage area about 8 ft deep and 24 ft long, with an additional 4 ft x 8 ft. stage in the rear. The drums will occupy 8 ft x 8ft.

Oh my God Wes...I have heard so many positive comments from people about the band that night. I received 3 phone calls during the party telling me how wonderful everything was. So many nice compliments ! Jules also told me that you agreed to play at our picnic at the end of June. I was so happy to hear that. You have no idea how much I wanted to be at the party.
