Mad Talent!!
I have followed David's career for 35 years, from his portrayal of Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie to his portrayal of Tony in West Side Story to his career with Mylon Lefevre and Broken Heart to his current act as a One-Man-Band. He has been excellent in everything I've seen. If you have not seen David Payton "Live in concert" you are in for a treat!

I have seen David on numerous occasions.....his music is awesome and he plays and sings a wide variety of songs....and he does special requests. When I am there he knows my favorite and plays it everytime...

David is a guitar monster! It's like he knows how to play and sing every song ever made. He can read the crowd and make everybody happy. Very diverse! Johnny Cash to ZZZ Top...WOW!!!

David was my regular guitarist for 2 years(2007-2009) at Crown Pointe Community Church in our Praise Band. Not only did he play a variety of music from traditional to contemporary, he also sang. He is extremely versatile as he is able to play any style of music on electric and acoustic guitar. David is also just a fun gun to be around and is musically on top of his game. I can confidently recommend David Payton to anyone looking to hire some top-notch entertainment!!!

I saw Mr. Payton play years ago with the Mylon Lefevre band.
The only reason I can remember that far back is because David's playing was amazing. I'd love to see his one-man-band act in person!

David was at our chuch camp many years ago for a week, he is just phenomenal. He is so immensely talented! He sang a lot of his own original songs, but also was able to learn alot of the old camp 'favorites' very quickly, also teacing us a few new favorites! Oh, and if someone would shout out a song, Christian or secular, he'd bust it out, perfectly playing the guitar rifts and singing... It's been a while since I've seen him or heard him, but my memories of him being at camp are permanently ingrained in my mind. He is just that good. Book him, you'll see!
