About
Welcome to my Gig Salad web page.
MOST DEDICATED:
I am 1000% dedicated to helping YOU make YOUR event the best event possible. I am a totally dedicated musician. Music is my passion. Music is how I make my living and if I don't play well, then, I don't get the gigs. So I give every ounce of my musical being to playing my best for YOU at YOUR special event: from weddings to private parties to corporate events. My sole purpose is to make great music and make YOU and YOUR guests happy.
UNIQUE and VERSATILE SOLO GUITARIST:
I have a unique solo guitar style. I am a Master Guitarist and can play jazz, classical and acoustic style pop. Not to mention Chet Atkins style guitar. You won't find too many guitarists that can do that. I can play jazz standards from Ellington to Brubeck to Miles. And then I can play pop standards by the Beatles, BeeGees, and Stevie Wonder. Then I can switch to great classical music for guitar such as Bach and others.
JAZZ TRIO:
And to top it off, how about a swinging jazz trio featuring guitar, upright bass and drums? Perfect for Dinner Parties, Corporate Events and More!
FEATURES AND BENEFITS FOR YOU:
1. I offer YOU diversity in music - different styles to keep it musically interesting. Or, if you just want some intimate quiet guitar music, I can do that, too!

MY MISSION:
I am a full time musician. This is what I love to do. Music is my passion and my mission is to play at YOUR event and make great music and make sure I live up to YOUR expectations. Like I said, I am highly responsible, to a fault. And I will show up at your event at least one hour before scheduled play time to set up and check in with you.
AND THERE IS MORE:
If you are a club or restaurant owner hiring me or my jazz trio, I will help promote my gig at YOUR establishment. The eblast goes out once a week via CHICAGO JAZZ MAGAZINE, a highly respected publication in Chicagoland. And if you hire me, then I will list my gig at YOUR venue as an advertisement on that eblast list at no charge! It's a WIN-WIN- situation.
NOT DONE YET, SAVINGS FOR YOU!: If you hire me on Gig Salad within 24 hours of my bid, I will knock off 10% from my quote!
FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
Some of the musical possibilities I offer are
-Solo Guitar (Jazz, pop, light classical)
-Jazz Duo (Guitar with either Bass, Sax, Vibraphone or Marimba)
-Jazz Trio (Guitar, Bass, Drums)
-Jazz Quartet (Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano)
That should give you some ideas to work with when planning your event.
