We hired Sam for my daughter's first birthday party with Kids of all ages (1 to 12), in attendance. He is fast, creative and friendly with the kids and priced very reasonable too.
The kids had a great fun with his offerings. He even recommended designs and did balloons for babies who cannot choose their own.
