WANT TO ORDER A SINGING TELEGRAM. WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

A. Call us to discuss your personal need. We will help you to decide on which character is the best for your recipient. Also, we will help you decide upon a song. We do follow and outline, but not a regular script, so each one is unique in itself. When people ask how long does the telegram last, I tell them that because of this it is difficult to give an exact amount of time. See answers below for further explanation. If I did the same routine for each telegram, and did not ad lib, improvise, or customize, I could give you an exact amount of time for the telegram.

B. Call the workplace, school, etc... to make sure it is Okay. Most cases, it will be allowed as long as you assure them that we are clean, and always appropriate for any age group.

C. Although we can work at being somewhere at an exact time, it is best to give a window of maybe 15 minutes, to allow for extra traffic, or an earlier job that went a bit longer than anticipated. Most singing telegrams are round 10-15 minutes, but can be longer or shorter-depending on the location. At a restaurant, for example, they are normally a little shorter than at a home party.

D. If you have used our service in the past you get a discount for any subsequent singing telegram. We have discount coupons we leave at each job, but if you do not have one-no need to worry. We have a record of every job we have performed and can easily look at our records.

E. Make sure there is a contact person at the event. This way, if we are delayed for any reason, or need other info, we can call that person.

F. Realize that although a singing telegrams can be "embarrassing" , in the end they are quite honoring and memorable for both the recipient and the guests. We gather information from you, so we know a bit about the person ahead of time. We work the information into the act, as well as tailoring our song parodies for that particular person.

G. We will deliver messages for any occasion or announcements, such as telling someone you are going to have a baby. But we will not deliver any negative messages. We are in the business of making people laugh and feel good about themselves.

H. Same day singing telegrams are fine, and I do not charge extra for them. The earlier the call, the better the chances of getting the character and time that you would like.

I. Special requests? I have done many characters not listed on my web site. If you have a certain celebrity or type of person you would like, please do not hesitate to ask. Also, I have a large repertoire of songs, but can learn a particular song if need be.

J. Of course,you want to know how much a singing telegram costs.
We also include gifts with each singing telegram. Each character has their own unique gifts- appropriate for the occasion. All included in our price. If you want us to bring something special, like a cake, we will do so and add the cost of the item.
I price my telegrams as low as possible. Generally they start at 85.00 for daytime telegrams in Phoenix and the east valley.

K. If you want something a little longer or more involved than a singing telegram, I write and perform Custom Comedy Roasts and Tributes. These can last from 20 minutes to an hour. they too are clean and family friendly. Perfect for corporate retirements or milestone life events.
