Carlene Mitchell: Award-Winning Tribute Artist and More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlene Mitchell for our New Year’s Eve Motown Party. We asked Carlene to provide an authentic Motown Sound and to perform the songs the way we heard them in the 60’s and 70’s. Wow…were we surprised. Not only did they perform the songs exactly how we heard them but they were very interactive with the crowd. The reactions were..”this is the best party ever”, or “I haven’t danced this much in 20 years”, or “I haven’t had this much fun since I was in high school.”

Ironically we looked into hiring the Temptations or Four Tops of today, both whom I have recently seen in concert….honestly Carlene’s group was much better.

Their costumes were perfect and they are fabulous singers and entertainers. Overall we give them a 10 out of 10.

Break Away Moments

Carlene Mitchell has previously performed at an event hosted by Break Away Moments themed "Glorious Gospel & Caribbean Culture Celebration".

Carlene was not only a viable part of that production but was an entertainer who conducted herself in a highly professional manner before, during and after the actual event. She is additionally, an extremely personable individual who exemplifies the role of a professional in the Entertainment Industry.

Carlene's inclusion in the Break Away Moments event production was a definite plus. Her performance was very well appreciated as she highly enthused the audience in attendance, who laudibly showed their appreciation of her outstanding performance.

Carlene Mitchell's inclusion in any celebration or major event would serve to enhance that production with a quality performance and style!
