Valerie is hilarious and adaptable. She can work clean if needed and is also relatable and likable. She also incorporates a lot of crowd work in her performances, so the audience is always engaged no matter what.
When it comes to music, Valerie is classically trained so she can adapt to any genre the client wants.
A modern Renaissance woman. A multilingual actress, stand-up comic, classically trained pianist and singer, dancer, painter, illustrator, and writer.
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Valerie moved to the United States at 16. Since then, she has been going back and forth between the two countries. She studied Art & Animation at the University of Texas, and she has also spent some time studying Media at Korea University in Seoul, Korea.
As a teenager, Valerie contributed her art to numerous UNESCO events and shows in the Philippines, where she highlighted Philippine culture and society. Her first exhibit sold out, and she has exhibited in Manila, Philippines, Dallas, Texas, and Los Angeles, California. She has also done the art for a children’s book that will be released later in 2022.
Valerie is a virtuoso pianist and a trained singer with a background in Italian, German, and English opera. She has sung for “Wish! 1075” and “The Ultimate Singer” (Amazon Prime). In addition, she’s a skilled dancer who’s performed as a soloist in the Philippines and US.
Valerie is a stand-up comedian. She has performed in numerous shows all over California, and she stars in and produces her show, “The Val Show,” an established production in the LA Comedy scene. It has sold-out shows. Some of its notable stages are The Promenade in Santa Monica and The Comedy Chateau in North Hollywood.
She has acted in TV, film, and theater. Some of her work on the stage has been with the Berubian Theater Company (LA), North Lake Theater (TX), Gantimpala Theater (Philippines), the Fringe Theater (Philippines), and more. For TV, she has appeared in “Beautiful Stranger” (GMA - Philippines), “Karelasyon” (GMA - Philippines), “Imbestigador” (GMA - Philippines), “The Artists’ Process” (ROKU TV - USA,) and “In Ice Cold Blood” (Oxygen, USA). She has also starred in numerous films that have appeared in major film festivals.
Valerie’s primary goal in everything is to inspire positive change among the people. She wants to empower everyone to be the best version of themselves. Change is possible, and we can overcome trauma and heal from the past. The future is bright.

For music, I can learn any song pretty quickly. So if you give me 2 weeks' notice, I can learn a whole set for whatever gig you would need me for. If you want romantic songs for a wedding or themed songs like 60's or even Christmas or Halloween, I can learn those and be ready to perform it for your event.
