Cleveland Hughes is a boxing coach and mental health advocate, as well as the founder of the new boxing program Healing Mitts Intentional Boxing Training™. His program is endorsed by several mental health professionals. He has over a decade of boxing training, competing, and teaching the sport. He also has a martial arts background in Muy Thai, Tae Kwon Do, and karate.
