How Short plays events, weddings, and corporate parties. We work with our clients to provide exactly what they're looking for, be it special music, specific songs, or a larger or smaller band (2-5 piece) . We meet with every client in person to make sure all details are hashed out to ensure the event goes smoothly.
Andy (guitar) and Josh (accordion) met as music students at the University of Washington and have been playing together ever since. Today, they play and sing jazz standards and popular songs from the 1930s and 1940s.
If the venue has sound equipment (microphones and PA system) for two singers, we will use it. If not, we have our own equipment we can use as well. If it's a small intimate venue, we are able to play acoustically without amplification.
